Things

First of all, the new Tegan & Sara album, Sainthood came out today, and it isn't as bad as I feared. There are a couple of tracks on there that could become new favourites.
Check out "Hell", "Red Belt", "the Cure" and "Sentimental Tune". "The Ocean" is pretty likeable too.

Secondly, I'd like to present to you an old favourite fo mine:

Agnes Kain. I haven't listened to it for a while, but I did a lot in summer of 08. They have some lovely tracks on their debut and only album.

Anjulie

Haven't listened to the whole album yet, but it sounds good so far.

Brandi Carlile

Brandi's new album 'Give up the ghost' is released today! I'm at song number 3 now and it sounds really good to me, like she always does. I feel this album is happier though, less sad & angry & lovebroken then before. Maybe it's just me. It's still music I want to turn up really loud and sing along with. You go Brandi ^^ Just come to Holland next time you visit Europe :) I'm sure lots of people want to see you!

We fell to earth

This picture looks exactly like how they sound. Which is a good thing. I think they sound a bit like Controller.Controller combined with The xx, but more mature. Maybe a little Portishead. Just give them a listen :)
